5-Minute Macaroons
Quick & simple cookies. You can choose your favorite nut butter instead of peanut butter, and any jam you like.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup shredded coconuts
1/4 cup nut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp water
Optional 1 tbsp coconut oil
Form and bake until golden at 200 celsius for around 10 minutes
