Halawi Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium ripe bananas (best when they have lots of brown spots)
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats, gluten-free if desired
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Butter or olive oil to fry
About a teaspoon of crumbled Halawi per pancake.
STEPS:
Blend all together
Fry in pan on medium heat until lightly brown
Top with more Halawi for stronger flavor
