Halawi Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 medium ripe bananas (best when they have lots of brown spots)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats, gluten-free if desired

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • Butter or olive oil to fry

  • About a teaspoon of crumbled Halawi per pancake.

STEPS:

  1. Blend all together

  2. Fry in pan on medium heat until lightly brown

  3. Top with more Halawi for stronger flavor

  4. Enjoy!
