No-Bake & Coconut Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup instant oats

  • 1/4 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder (plant-based or whey)

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt

  • Melted chocolate for coating


    Mix dry ingredients. Add liquids and mix them all together. Add more milk or water to combine if needed. Form into balls. Chill. Take out then dip in melted chocolate. Chill again. store and enjoy pre or post-workout or as a snack. ❤️
