Healthy & Delicious Chocolate Mousse

An old favorite recipe, simple & quick! Avocados 🥑 are rich in fiber, healthy fats, disease-fighting antioxidants, & lots of moodboosting nutrients. More nutrition comes from dates & bananas which act also as a natural sweetener. I always use dark chocolate 70% & above.

The recipe below is gluten-free and dairy-free:


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 banana

  • 3 dates softened with 2-3 tbsp water

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 square inch melted dark chocolate


Blend well in a wide or hand blender. Top with your favorite fruit 🍓🫐 & make sure to share 😉 Enjoy ❤️
