Homemade Pickles

Pickled purple cabbage & radishes, more like pink!

Method

1. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water & about 2 tbsp salt.
2. Mix well until blended
3. Stack the veggies of choice in a jar
4. Pour the mix on too until well covered
5. Seal and can keep outside the fridge
6. Check in few days
7. Once ready, refrigerate
