NUTS & SEED CRACKERS

Nuts & seed crackers! 🤤🤤🤤Full of healthy fats, fibers & proteins & vitamins & minerals!


Ingredients

  • 1 c mixed nuts of choice (walnuts, almonds, cashews)

  • 1/2 c mixed seeds of choice (sesame, flax,hemp)

  • 1/2 c chia seeds

  • 3/4 c water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Mix ingredients and let rest so chia absorbs the water. Spread to desired thinness, bake 160 degrees accordingly 20-40 mn. Let it rest and cool. Enjoy ❤️
